Our terms and conditions apply to all retail transactions with Greenwich Flavoured Coffee.
All prices are shown in £s sterling.
Price and Payment
Tea and coffee are VAT zero-rated products. (No VAT added)
All credit or debit card details are entered and stored securely by the PayPal service.
After you have placed an order, we will send you an email to confirm that your order is being processed. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email.
We try to ensure that all prices and products on our website are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. In the event of the above error and you decide to cancel and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All our prices are subject to change without prior notification. Please do not assume that our prices remain the same as a previous order.
We reserve the right not to accept an order.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have submitted your order, or we are unable to supply the goods for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible. We may advise you of the next estimated delivery date. We may inform you of an alternative product. If however, due to the goods being unavailable, you decide to cancel the order and have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
UK Delivery: An order can include both tea and coffee.
Postage and Packaging
Orders with the total weight below 950 grams = £2.95.
Orders with the total weight of 950 grams or more = £3.95.
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 'Recorded signed for' 1st class.
Please note, a signature is required at the time of delivery.
Goods are dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
Please ensure that the correct address details are entered when placing an order. Greenwich Flavoured Coffee will not accept liability and therefore will not replace an order that has not been delivered due to...
1. the address details being entered incorrectly by the customer.
2. the customer being unavailable to receive the delivery.
When placing an order, the customer must enter a shipping address where they will be able to receive the package. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be able to receive the package at the time of the delivery, or to make arrangements with the post office to have the package re-delivered, or to collect the package from the post office.
All our coffee is packed and dispatched in heat-sealed, air-tight valve bags. The colour or style of packet may vary.
Note: Unless the old type colour packets are specifically requested, all tea ordered online using this website will be packed in clear transparent packets, the same type of packets that we use for our fruit and herbal teas.
